User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use our software and any outcomes resulting from such use. Script Forge Technology is not responsible for any business losses, data loss, or other damages resulting from your use of our products.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Script Forge Technology and its licensors. Our software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Script Forge Technology is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
